I can't speak enough kind things about our host Victor. Attention to details, always available & attentive to his quest. Location was neutrally equivalent to downtown Houston & Galveston. Throughout our stay Victor was always super responsive. He was very willing and timely to stop by if we had a questions or needed something. Very friendly and never had an issue with the group messaging him. He accommodated an early check in as well as a later check out. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the essential kitchen cookware and dishes. If using public transport the bus stop was right down the street and Ubers were able to easily access the house. If back in Texas highly likely we would stay again for the location to our venue out there and the friendliness from Victor.
we had a great stay! everything was exactly as expected the place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. victor was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. he made the whole experience smooth and easy. i would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Victor checked in with us right after arrival to make sure everything went smoothly & to see if we needed anything. He was incredibly kind & accommodating throughout our stay, checking in periodically without ever being intrusive.
The property looked exactly like the photos. I appreciated how many extra towels & linens were available. Victor was happy to provide anything else we needed.
My son is a serious gamer, & Victor knew we needed an extra TV. He brought one in just for our stay. That small gesture made a big difference. During a time like cancer, something as simple as gaming helped ease my son's stress and made him feel more at home.
The walk-in shower downstairs was beautiful, & the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.
Private covered parking was also a huge plus.
